This document is a legal agreement between you, the user (natural or legal person), and S.C. Ecologistics S.R.L., with registered office in Sf. Gheorghe, str. Laszlo Ferencz, no. 1, CUI 18404494, J14/92/2006, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider", "EnviroLedger" or "we". By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
For the purposes of this Agreement:
User/Client: any natural or legal person using the services provided by EnviroLedger.
Services: the services made available by the Provider through the website, including the EnviroLedger software application.
By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.
To use the application, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Authentication uses your email address, password and, where enabled, two-factor verification.
The Client shall pay the Provider the amount corresponding to the selected subscription, according to the details presented on www.enviroledger.ro when creating the organization.
In case of non-payment, the client account will be suspended until payment is made.
In case of repeated non-payment, the Provider reserves the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.
Personal information must be accurate and up to date. You agree that the information you provide is true and that you are solely responsible for any consequence of providing false information.
The Provider has the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with prior notice. We will not be liable to you or to third parties for any modifications, suspensions or interruptions of our services.
The Provider reserves the right to collect anonymous data regarding the use of the service and is permitted to publish it in aggregate form without disclosing users' personal information.
Use of our services is at your own risk. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.

The services provided by EnviroLedger will change over time as we improve or add functionality. As our services evolve, these Terms and Conditions may also change. If we make significant changes, we may inform you on our website, through a blog post or by any method we consider appropriate. Continued use of this website or our service and/or continued provision of information to us will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in effect at that time.
From time to time, we may identify information on our website or in our services that contains translation errors, inaccuracies or omissions. We reserve the right to correct these errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update incorrect information at any time without prior notice.
The Provider is not responsible for damages, errors or loss of profit caused directly or indirectly by the use or interruption of the use of the services or information provided by the site. This includes financial losses, business interruptions or any other pecuniary damages.
